To get a birth certificate online, you will have to open the official website of Birth and Death Registration.

On the home page of the site, you will have to go to the “User Login” area and click on the ‘General Public Signup’ button.

Now sign up by entering all the required information in the next page.

After this, enter the information of your state, district, block etc. in the Place of Occurrence of Birth field.

After filling all the details, enter the captcha code and then click on the Register button.

In this way your registration is completed and then in the next page you will get User ID and Password.

Now go back to the web page and click on the User Login option and login with the help of your user ID and password.

After this, select the Birth option present on the page, after which the registration form will open on your screen.

You have to fill all the information asked in this form correctly and upload all the required documents.

Now in the next step, after paying the fees etc., click on the Submit button.

Then you will receive a registration number on your mobile number through which you can get your birth certificate.

- Go to the national Birth and Death Registration website or your state’s registration portal.
- Download the application form from the website or request it from the registrar’s office.
- Fill out the form with accurate information within 21 days of the child’s birth date.
- Gather any required documents, such as a provisional birth certificate, proof of the child’s name, and others.
- Complete the form and accompanying documents by using the online portal.
- Pay the required fees online, if the option is available.
- Submit the completed form to the relevant registrar in person.
