At the meeting, HKRN planned to understand the future manpower needs in the private sector and overseas market. The candidates will be provided with the necessary skills through training at Haryana Skill Development Mission and Shri Vishwakarma Skill University, Palwal, which will increase the employability of the youth of the state.
Will get relief from commission of private agents
The Chief Secretary said that the main objective of HKRN is to relieve people from the burden of huge commission charged by private agents for jobs abroad. HKRNL portal aims to bring together government, private and overseas sector employers with job seekers on one platform, thereby simplifying the job search process with just a single click.

It was informed in the meeting that Haryana Skill Employment Corporation has deployed 1.25 lakh employees in various departments, boards, corporations and universities. Of these, 36,000 are from Scheduled Caste category and 34,700 are from Backward Class. The corporation has also finalized 51 new jobs related to Health Department, Mines and Geology Department, Medical Education and Research Department and Haryana Forensic Lab. Soon the corporation’s own office building will be built in Sector 5 of Panchkula.
