Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya admission Class 6: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has started the registration process for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Examination 2025 from today, July 17. For admission in class 6 in Navodaya Vidyalaya, you can apply for admission in the academic session 2025-26 by visiting the official website navodaya.gov.in. Candidates can apply till 16 September 2024 on the official website cbseitms.rcil.gov.in. The exam will be held on 18 January 2025 and 12 April 2025. Documents required and procedure for application are given below.

Eligibility for Navodaya Vidyalaya admission Class 6 2025
Students should know the JNVST Class 6 Eligibility Criteria (JNVST Class 6 Eligibility Criteria in Hindi) and ensure that they are fulfilling it. If NVS does not find any student eligible for JNV Admission 2025 Class 6 (Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2025 in Hindi), his/her application will be rejected.

Students can apply for Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2025 (Navodaya Class 6 Admission 2025 in Hindi) in the JNV located in their district.

Students must be born after 1st May 2012 and before 31st July 2014 (both dates inclusive).

To apply for JNVST Class 6 Admission 2025, a candidate must have passed Class 5 during the academic year 2025 from a recognized school.

Students who have not been promoted and have not taken admission in class V before July 31, 2024, will not be eligible to apply.

Students applying for Navodaya Admission 2025 Class 6 from Rural Quota must have studied and passed Class 3, 4 and 5 from a recognized school located in a rural area.

Navodaya Vidyalaya admission Class 6 Exam Pattern
The exam will be of total two hours, which will be from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. The paper will have a total of three sections and a total of 80 objective type questions of 100 marks will be asked. Disabled students will be given additional time of 40 minutes.
